Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine and pour into a greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

  • Frost with vegan chocolate frosting or sprinkle powdered sugar.

Storage Instructions

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
