Ingredients

  • 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter (or dairy-free butter)
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Oven

Toast bread cubes until golden. Sauté celery and onion in butter. Combine with bread cubes, broth, and seasonings. Bake in a greased dish at 350°F for 30 minutes.
