These gluten-free stuffed mushrooms are packed with a flavorful herb and cheese filling.

Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and olive oil. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
