This gluten-free spinach artichoke dip is creamy, cheesy, and ideal for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to a baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
