This gluten-free pumpkin pie is creamy, spiced, and a must-have for Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free pie crust
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
