Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni or your favorite toppings

Oven

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add olive oil to the yeast mixture and combine with the dry ingredients to form a dough. Roll out the dough onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with cheese, and add toppings. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
