This gluten-free mac and cheese is rich, creamy, and perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free elbow pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp butter (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Stovetop

Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a separate pot, melt butter and whisk in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Combine with pasta.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or carrot sticks.

Storage Instructions

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk.
