This gluten-free grilled salmon recipe is easy, flavorful, and perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Grill skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
