Gluten-Free Brownies

Rich, fudgy, and incredibly decadent, these gluten-free brownies will satisfy even the most serious chocolate cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (or dairy-free butter), melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips

Oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until smooth. In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
