Start your day with these fluffy gluten-free banana pancakes, naturally sweetened and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Stovetop

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Mix in eggs, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and almond milk. Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly grease, and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
