Banana Bread

This gluten-free banana bread is soft, moist, and packed with banana flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in baking soda and flour until just combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
