These egg-free pancakes are fluffy, delicious, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or dairy-free alternative)

Stovetop

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine and stir until smooth. Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat, flipping when bubbles form.

Serving Suggestions

  • Top with maple syrup, fresh berries, or powdered sugar.

Storage Instructions
